The New York Law Journal on Tuesday published a photo and blurb about the Pace Women’s Justice Center’s non-attorney volunteers, who were recently honored by the Fund for Modern Courts.

The volunteers were presented with the 2011 Samuel J. Duboff Memorial Award during a ceremony at the New York City Bar last week. The award recognizes non-attorneys who make “outstanding contributions toward improving the quality of justice” in the state.

Pictured, from left, are honorees with the Pace center, retirees Jordy Bell and Harold Fein; Jane Aoyama-Martin, the center’s executive director; Natalie Sobchak, its pro bono coordinator; and Milton Williams Jr., the fund’s chair.
