Professor Lin Harmon, director of Environmental Law Programs at Pace Law School, weighed in on the topic of New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg’s proposed ban on Styrofoam. In an article on Law360, Professor Harmon noted that several other cities have taken such action.
“There’s life after Styrofoam,” Harmon said. “The cities that have banned it, to my knowledge, haven’t gone back.”
