National Law Journal features Pace Law School’s 3+3 program

In its article about schools offering innovative approaches to a legal education, the “National Law Journal” featured Pace Law School’s “3+3” program. The program allows those undergraduate students who have decided early to pursue a law degree to skip their senior year and proceed directly to law school.

The reporter interviewed a current 3+3 student, rising 3L Christopher Schweitzer.

“It saved me a year, and it looks great on résumés,” said Schweitzer, who has spent this summer helping clients at New York Legal Assistance pursue medical, Social Security and public-benefit claims. “I think it’s opened the door to opportunities and internships. People seem impressed by it and are more willing to talk to you.”
