Louis Fasulo, Director of Advocacy at Pace Law School, regularly comments on news stories for Fox News. His most recent piece focuses on a bill passed recently in California that would ban future sales of a certain type of automatic assault rifle. If Governor Jerry Brown signs the bill into law, the National Rifle Association (NRA) has threatened to sue the state of California.
“Half of the rifles currently in California will be outlawed if this become law,” said Professor Fasulo, explaining the objections of the NRA.
