Professor Lissa Griffin comments on double jeopardy protection for article in Law360

Law360 interviewed Professor Lissa Griffin for an article that discussed a recent Supreme Court decision that raises the issue of double jeopardy. The case, Bravo-Fernandez v. U.S., resulted in a verdict that Law360 described as “logically inconsistent.”
